Georgette has a broad background in Public Finance, with experience in the areas of revenue bond issuance, establishment of credit ratings for public entities, urban economics, land use planning and the financing mechanisms used to fund backbone infrastructure, including sewer and water facilities. She holds a master's degree in public policy and bachelor’s in government from Harvard University.

Georgette is a specialist in public finance and finds great satisfaction in finding solutions for complex funding situations. She realizes that the economics of a project affect not only the community as a whole but the individuals who live in those communities. She is as committed to finding tenable solutions for her clients as she is to caring for her family.
