Steve has over 25 years of water and wastewater design experience for cities from Reno to Visalia and everywhere in between. His excellent education credentials ( a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering coupled with a bachelor’s degree in construction management) combine with his talents and make him one of the most sought-after engineers in the industry.

Not everyone knows that Steve is ranked among the top 10 sprinters in the country for his “senior” age group but for those who work with him, it is no surprise. Steve applies the same professionalism and intensity to his work as he does his training. Every project is completed on time (or ahead of it) and on budget. Steve never misses a detail.
