There is no end to the list of wildlife species or ecosystems that Bernadette has studied. With two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree, her credentials as an environmental scientist are impressive. What may be more impressive, however, is her long list of successful environmental compliance projects and surveys for public agencies and private entities.

Bernadette not only studies the environment but she lives to enjoy the outdoors. She travels the canyons and forests on horseback, mountain bike or kayak and has traveled through hundreds of miles of backcountry. On her travels, she soaks in the beautiful Western United States and likes to “botanize” plants and study their unique characteristics and the ecosystems where they live.
