Yulya Borroum, P.E.

Project Manager

Yulya has experience with wastewater, water and stormwater permitting, planning and design. She has additional experience in stormwater research performed at the University of California, Davis where she also completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering, respectively.

As a native-born Russian who has travelled the world, Yulya has a wide perspective on environmental issues around the world and the unique perspectives that shape local and national policy. She feels that good communication is critical to ensuring projects get completed on time and on budget while also meeting the needs for clients, the environment and the citizens and businesses who rely on our infrastructure projects. As an admirer of fine arts and theater, Yulya also appreciates that paying attention to aesthetics can turn a project from a mundane fulfillment of needs to an exemplary combination of form and function.
