Principal and Founding Partner

As one of the five founding partners who started ECO:LOGIC in 1993, Charlie has over 30 years of design and management experience. He has been responsible for investigation, master planning and the design of dozens of wastewater collection, treatment and disposal facilities. He has long-standing relationships with many Central Valley cities—in some cases nearly 20 years—which gives him a depth of knowledge that is unequaled in the industry.

Among Charlie’s favorite pastimes is the great game of golf where control, experience and technical skill rule supreme. Charlie brings these same qualities to his work as an engineer and project manager. He keeps a keen focus on the long ball while making sure his short game is as accurate and efficient as possible.
