David has 17 years of experience managing and inspecting construction projects. David has provided project and construction management and inspection services on multiple complex municipal treatment plant projects. His excellent communication skills and broad experience have been instrumental in making these projects a success for the owner agencies.

He is a dedicated father who spends many hours with his three children camping, playing softball or generally enjoying the great outdoors. He and his family take great pride in having lived in Calaveras County for five generations. He is firmly committed to his home community and to helping other communities protect the beautiful California mountains and foothills.
