Neal Colwell, P.E.

Project Engineer

Neal Colwell works on water, wastewater and groundwater projects for ECO:LOGIC clients in the San Joaquin Valley and Sierra Nevada Foothills. Neal is registered in four states and is also a Grade I water treatment plant operator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and a bachelor's and master's degree in civil engineering.

After graduating from UC Berkeley, Neal volunteered for the U.S. Peace Corps and spent over two years in Ecuador, South America and also returned to complete additional projects on a volunteer basis with an Ecuadorian foundation through the end of 1997. During his service in Ecuador, Neal discovered that water and wastewater engineering was a challenging and rewarding career. When not working to meet the vital water needs of western states, Neal spends time with his family and young children, participating in community events, his children’s education and their various activities.
