Joe has more than 16 years of experience as project engineer, project manager and construction manager. He has primarily been involved in field investigations and the design of facilities improvements for water and wastewater projects of varying complexity. He specializes in equipment and process analysis, startup, troubleshooting, and system modeling.
In his youth, Joe was fascinated by economics. This interest has continued throughout his life and now it influences how he designs projects. He is acutely aware that the economics of a project are critical to success. As an accomplished photographer, he is also focused on fine aesthetics and the influence that “looks” can have in a project from the public perception and for function.
