Principal and Founding Partner

For over 40 years, Fred has helped California cities, both big and small, design and upgrade their water and wastewater treatment plants. His experience is so vast that he can relay facts about nearly every wastewater treatment in northern California while also recalling the year each plant was commissioned and upgraded.

Fred was a Berkeley graduate student and Stanford undergrad in the days when some of California’s top entrepreneurs were sharpening their teeth (just before they launched multi-billion dollar technology companies). This spirit of innovation was not lost of Fred who brings fresh ideas into the design process, often saving his client’s millions of dollars. He spends hours walking through the California mountains which are his home and entertainment and often inspire those creative solutions ECO:LOGIC is known for.
