Justin was an automotive technician for eight years prior to getting into the wastewater treatment field as a maintenance mechanic. While this was a big change, his talent with all things mechanical easily transferred to the world of pumps and electrical panels. Justin started in this field after his interest to know more about how wastewater treatment plants process waste. One year after jumping into this career, he became an Operator in Training and has started on the path to become a Grade V Operator. He is currently operations supervisor at the City of Lincoln Wastewater Treatment Reclamation Facility.
Justin enjoys taking on challenges and solving problems. When he is not working, he spends time with his family and his dog, Dozer who joins him camping, fly-fishing, Jeeping, and hiking. He also enjoys wine tasting, traveling, working around his home, and fixing anything that is broken.
