Catherine Hansford is an applied economist specializing in the fields of resource and regional economics. Catherine has worked in economic development and resource planning issues within Northern California and Nevada for many years. She rounds out her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics with applied experience in solving financial puzzles. She is a member of the American Water Works Association, Nevada Water Resources Association, Urban Land Institute, Sierra Business Council, and Truckee River Watershed Council.

Catherine loves the great outdoors and enjoys sharing it with her family. Interested in economics in her teenage years, she has always sought the best economic solution which frequently translates into “the best deal possible!” With such enthusiasm for the financial aspects of engineering, she is an excellent team member to seek out financial options and fiscal assistance that helps clients achieve their goals. In her mind, the money being spent requires the same diligent stewardship as her own financial health.
