Todd Kotey has over 24 years of experience in the analysis, design, and construction management of engineering projects in the fields of water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, transportation, and structural design. Todd's pipeline experience includes the analysis and design of pump stations, pressure reducing stations, sewer interceptors to 108-inches diameter, and potable water pipelines to 96-inches diameter. Todd's structural experience includes the analysis and design of masonry and timber framed buildings, reinforced subterranean concrete structures, concrete and steel reservoirs, and multispan pre- and post-tensioned prestressed concrete freeway bridges.
Todd spends his free time with his family where they enjoy boating, spending time outdoors and working around his home. He takes great satisfaction in building things be they massive sewer interceptor projects to the construction of his house. He takes a full-picture approach to all his projects, personal and professional, and with such vision, is able to head off problems before they arise.
