Russ Ortman has more than 4 years of experience performing inspections and managing public works construction projects throughout the Sacramento Region. He has served as lead inspector for the City of Woodland WWTP Expansion project, the Lake Wildwood WWTP project, the City of Colfax WWTP Upgrade project, Nevada City WWTP Modification, and the Woodland WWTP Chemical Facilities Improvements project.

Russ holds certifications in many construction processes including Troxler Nuclear Soils Testing, and I.C.C. for structural masonry, structural steel/welding and reinforced concrete. He has over 20 years experience in welding and construction which helps him in the inspection process when communicating with contractors.
