Structural Engineer

Guna attended Annamalai University in India where he earned both his bachelor and master degrees in engineering. He worked in both India and Singapore before moving to the United States. Guna has over 23 years of experience in design, construction, and project management and is experienced in advanced technical design skills such as prestressing, incremental launching and balanced cantilever bridge construction methods, non-destructive testing, repair and strengthening of concrete structures using carbon fiber fabric, and slip form construction to build circular structures.

Guna brings a sense of calm and metered patience to his work, which he gained from playing and teaching music. Guna is an accomplished musician who loves Jazz but was not introduced to the classic American genre until he moved to the United States in 2001. Since arriving here, he has traveled to Jazz festivals throughout the country to play guitar and keyboard.
